Speaker: Mike Fitzgerald, Head of Global Technology Services, Eagle Investment Systems Speaker Bio: As Head of Global Technology Services at Eagle Investment Systems, Mr. Fitzgerald is responsible for the organization's worldwide IT and operational systems and services. In this role, he oversees global service strategy, design and operations for all corporate technologies as well as the company's secure private cloud, Eagle ACCESSSM. Mr. Fitzgerald brings over 17 years of experience to Eagle and has held multiple senior technology positions within the software and financial services industry where he integrated and developed cloud technologies on behalf of many large financial institutions. During his tenure at Eagle, he has led the development and management of the Eagle ACCESSSM platform and operations, which has become the preferred platform for new clients engaging with Eagle. Mr. Fitzgerald also served as vice president of government operations and services for ServiceNow, where he helped develop the company's vertical offerings, leveraging a public cloud, for regulated industries such as financial services, utility, defense and health care.
