Based on strong member request at our October meeting and within the questionnaire sent out at that time, this month's topic will be an open member facilitated discussion on all aspects of the Help Desk function.

Topics include:
  • Customer service best practices
  • Measurements and metrics
  • Reporting
  • Hardware and software technology recommendations
  • Vendors suggestions
  • Any other topic you wish to ask the group or provide info based on your experience and knowledge

Please feel free to bring you Help Desk manager or tech lead. The greater the level of expertise and experience in the room, the greater its value to all.
